Bought these to keep flies off our food, and surprisingly, they actually work! Set them on the table, turn them on, and the flies apparently get the message that they are no longer invited to dinner.The unexpected bonus? The kids are completely fascinated by them. So not only are they protecting the potato salad, they’re providing entertainment. Incredibly Useful, when they charge and actually continue working.
I really like this item; however, thus far, one stopped working after one charge. I am hoping the rest don't do that.
