### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Chef's knife I've encountered

OMG, if you are or personally know someone who is a Chef, know that is one of the BEST chef's knives I have ever encountered. I just received this. The packaging is top notch. It includes specific instructions within a CD type envelope as well as on the packaging flip although before I realized it, I had already assembled the sides of the handle. The handle parts along with the very quality weighted screw driver to assemble the handle parts are individually placed into their own package cut-outs...not plastic wrapped. The knife blade has a blade protector and is certainly needed as this thing is super SHARP. Very beautifully designed, engraved and well balanced. Even the screwdriver is nicely weighted, solid and balanced. It's a dual purpose flat head screwdriver that also serves as a bottle opener. The end allows this item to be worn on a neck chain or put on a key chain. You can remove the handle parts for cleaning or replacing and yes they can be replaced if need be. I am in awwe with the quality control IBEIKE put into this knife AND the packaging. If you have EVER priced quality, lasting chef's knives, know that this is one of the best on the market. Often times, 'names' are really not all that. Quality is more important than a brand name and this knife is just one example. For ANY chef, this would be a most welcome and rewarding gift they could possibly receive. Even a new home buyer would absolutely love to receive this as house warming gift. Fortunately for me, I'm keeping this baby. VERY HIGHLY Recommend
