Reminds of an old late 1880s elixer in the glass jar and premium glass dropper. Something from back then that will sooth you and let you sleep like Christmas morning on little house on the prairie. Good stuff the doctor in the house mixed this antidote real good. Good stuff Mannered.... Taste good stuff. I do 2 full droppers and it knocks me out. Stuff is good. I like it cost a little more and comes in a glass bottle. Has a late 1800s feel to it like step right up and try our sleep elixer, you won't be disappointed. Come in a nice glass bottle a fancy label (retro) little pricey, but very good. I highly recommend this one. Best one I have tried so far and I have tried man liquid melatonin, most come in a plastic bottle, but are cheaper. NOW, Life Extension, ya tried them. This one here seems to be better. Real good I tell you. I had some Sundown brand it sucked, life extension is hit or miss and I haven't used NOW for years because they no longer give you dropper, you have to measure it out. Yeah $6 alot of bang for the dollar for sure, but this SVastha Body junk seems to be of higher quality and consistent. Knocks me right out comes in a glass bottle big glass dropper. Has an old fashioned 1800s feel to it. It promises the sun the stars and the moon. Miracle sleep aid elixer. It lives up to the hype. Higher quality than the budget stuff. This mid tier beauty has won over my heart as well as my sleep. Sleeping really good. It's crazy how good I'm sleeping. Get this one it's worth $14. Cost a little more, but you can tell a difference in your sleep. This stuff puts you under. Within 15 minutes you want to hit the hay. Puts your lights out. Shuts you the hell off you could say. Don't want to sleep without it. Did I mention it comes in a glass bottle?

Out of the many different brands and so on of melatonin, this one seems to do the trick. I actually get slightly drowsy. I want to emphasize on this because I have taken some that have made me just literally do a head nod and spring my head up like what the heck just happened. Slightly drowsy is good for me as I don't feel like someone just walloped me. I can now shut my eyes and I will go to bed. As I have to sleep during the day due to work, it is amazing that this helps me remain asleep for the duration I'd prefer. I rarely wake up with what I'd call a "melatonin hangover" (groggy, foggy, etc.). With melatonin, less can be better and I feel this is the case with this product because it'll last about a couple of weeks to a month depending on how much you take for sleep. The better quality here is absolutely worth it. The value for money is the only thing I dinged them a few points for just because of the last sentence...it'd be great to get a little more for what you pay. But, again, this is good stuff compared to others I've tried. The taste is pretty sweet. You may or may not like that. I love it because I've had some that straight up taste like medicine or way watered down. If you're using this for a child (ask their doctor before just dosing this out), the taste is like a sweet orange and the sweetness from Stevia used (per the labels). The packaging is fine....glass bottle with a dropper that shows doses of .25 mg to 1 mg. It recommends putting it in a refrigerator but I have found as long as you keep it in an area where the temperature isn't crazy and dry (medicine cabinet, etc.), it's still fine. But, I'll leave that up to you for the sake of purity and all. I did receive one bottle that was leaky and had to be returned. I think this was just due to the climate of where I am and being boxed up for the trip. They accepted my return immediately and I bought another one without issue. Ultimately, I love this product and anytime I look around thinking I'll try a different one, I land back on this one. It works, it's proven for me, and I always have the best experience with this one. The taste is good and I actually sleep. Thumbs all the way up.

Once again, I made another purchase purely based on customer reviews, and I strongly agree that this product is truly a miracle in a bottle. I have been taking prescription medication for sleep since the 1900s (haha, but true), and I never in a million years thought I could ever get off them. I have been using this product for about a week, and I've been able to skip my prescribed medication three times. I am afraid to take too much because I don't want to be groggy during the day, so I've started with a 1/4 dropper before bed, and that's all it takes to fall asleep. I usually wake up around 2:00 am or 3:00 am and take another 1/4 dropper and fall right back asleep. I wake up so refreshed and have so much energy; I really can't believe it. I have also added B-12 patches, and I feel the combination is working well. I'm going to try a little more than a 1/4 dropper this week because I would love to stay asleep all night. Sleeping has always been an issue for me but after a few bouts of Covid, it became worse than ever, laying awake until 4:00 a.m. was not uncommon. I was a walking nightmare during the day and didn't feel like myself anymore. My to-do list for today did not include writing this review, but I had to stop everything to sit down and share my experience. If this product can help me, it can definitely help others. Taking prescription medication to sleep is addicting and really bad for your brain health. At age 66, I'm terrified of dementia, and when I don't sleep, I can't remember things or find my words. I know, in part, it's because I don't sleep, but with my family history, I am super sensitive and worried I am losing it. My lack of sleep impairs my entire being. Since taking liquid melatonin, I feel like my old self, and maybe I'm not losing it! I'm so thankful that during one of my sleepless nights, scrolling through Amazon, I stumbled across this product. I'm so thrilled with the results; I literally have tears welling up in my eyes writing this review. Oh, and you can be sure, I've tried everything under the sun to sleep, spending thousands of dollars on products that never work. My doctor has been threatening me that she cannot continue to prescribe clonazepam for me to sleep, and that scared me to death. Now, I can't wait to give her a bottle of this because she doesn't sleep either!

But I had to because this stuff is amazing. It works better than the tablet form, I’ve tried various doses of the tablets from 3-10mg, both instant and extended release and this liquid stuff blows the tablet forms out of the water. I fall asleep within 20 minutes and stay asleep. I take about a quarter of a stopper and leave it under my tongue for about a minute and swish it in my mouth after I hold it under my tongue. The flavor is interesting, imho they added a bit too much stevia but I have a sweet tooth so it’s not that bad. I highly recommend this product to people who have trouble sleeping. It’s been shown that lower doses are more effective than higher doses so like I said I stick to a quarter of a dropper and it works for me. Also for a liquid product that has a vegetable glycerin it’s not that thick or sticky which is nice. I love it and I’ll be buying again as this is the only way I can get sleep.

I've been using this melatonin since May, and it's been the BEST melatonin than all others I've tried by far. With all others, I usually need 6mg or 9mg, but I had to be careful not to take more because even with 9mg I usually end up not wanting to get out of bed when it's time to get up and I tend to feel pretty lousy all day. I tried 12mg on a few occasions, and I'd always wake up not knowing where I am or what day it is or anything like that and it would take me a good 2-3 hours to really feel fully awake. With Svasthya's melatonin, 3mg (one dropperful) is plenty. In 10-15 minutes, I'm yawning and my eyes can even water easily. I genuinely start feeling sleepy. My quality of sleep is very high and I wake up feeling great and I feel great all day. This is a first for me, and I'm 41 years old. I experimented several times with taking 6mg (two dropperfuls), and every time I did, I had difficulty getting to sleep and I had difficulty staying asleep, and I would feel lousy all day the next day. This is because of how good this melatonin supplement is. I'm relieved too because I was worried that I might need 2 to 3 times the recommended amount just to get the desired effect. That would have been expensive! Even when I fill the dropper to maximum capacity (so that it's up into the rubber top), getting to sleep and staying asleep is slightly more difficult and I don't feel as good the next day compared to when I do exactly 3mg (that is, when I don't fill it to the extreme limit like that). You see, filling it to the absolute limit is an overdose because 3mg is when you've filled it to about 1 centimeter below the bottom of the cap when you view it from the side. I have some droppers of identical size that have lines printed on them, and this is where the 1ml line is printed. So "one dropperful" doesn't mean "try to fill it so that it even fills the rubber top". So why do I take a melatonin supplement? I have Autism, and most people with Autism don't produce enough melatonin at night to sleep well. Some of us produce so little that it may as well be none. So that's where this particular melatonin supplement comes in: it causes the Pineal Gland to produce just the right amount of melatonin (which is why you should avoid taking more than 3mg). That's the beauty of this one. You get the benefit of Svasthya's melatonin, and you get a superior production of your own melatonin, hence the far-superior effect.
