The Nancy Show: Celebrating the Art of Ernie Bushmiller

I love love love this book. So many reprints of early strips that I'd never seen before. An abundance of Bushmiller's work from the 1940s. I'm reading just a few pages at a time, wanting to draw out the pleasure. It's one gem after another.

The words and pictures I could discern were good but for some reason they weren't all visible

Buy it now before you start seeing it on eBay for $$$ - This is much more than an exhibition catalog. Worth every penny and then some. Kudos to the editors and designers. Clearly a labor of love.
