This tel is good but it so thick so you massage and leave 2 hour body then after 2 hour you should bath with lukewarm hot water with ayurvedic soap so good for skin it you not do then block the skin pores and so critical condition for your body unexpected medical problem you not releazie so I give three star because of skin block pores if not block so I leave overnight with after massage
