Hi Dandylion, Yes. Amaranth is labeled Gluten Free. Bob's Red Mill Products labeled Gluten Free are batch tested in their quality control laboratory. They use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to confirm that the product is gluten free.

I've been told that you need a special machine to get the hulls off, to make it edible. Does anyone know if this is true.
