I got the sour candy flavor which wakes up your mouth. I’ve taken L Carnitine for years. It’s an Amino Acid that transports fat molecules to be burned before protein or carbs. It’s not something you are going to notice for sometime. The Coleman is the strongest I’ve seen. Effective? Decide for yourself. There is enough research out there to support the claims. Best taken just before strenuous cardio or lifting.

This liquid L-Carnitine supplement is a winner for me. I was using a powder that was tedious to measure out and stir into water, plus it was messy. This liquid form is much for convenient to use, in my opinion. The flavor is really enjoyable. I’d say the description of orange creamsicle is pretty accurate. I appreciate that this is is sugar free, carb free, and doesn’t have any caffeine in it. I’m going to incorporate this into my daily exercise and workout routine, and if I have any further insights to share or feedback to provide after finishing this bottle, I’ll be sure to update this review. So far, I’ve enjoyed using it, and I haven’t noticed any unwanted effects or stomach discomfort. I usually take it 30-45 minutes before exercising. The only reason for not giving this five stars is that the bottle leaked quite a bit of product out from some manufacturing flaw or seal breakage.
