Closest thing to matcha without the caffeine and with the benefits of fiber. Drink it first thing in the morning following Dr Ohira’s probiotic supplements.

    I Really Love This Product

Although I can’t understand any of the package instructions, I used the previous packets I bought of the same product to determine the serving size, about 3 of the little spoonfuls.  Having suffered from chronic constipation for years, I use this product in place of Miralax or other drugs.  I love it and told my Gastroenterologist about it.  I put the powder into V-8 green juice and I can hardly taste it.  When mixed with milk, it reminds me a bit of matcha, with sort of an earthy taste.  When you’re suffering, who cares about the taste if it works and Aojiru powder really works.  When I take it, the nutrients also seem to give me a little boost.  I love this product.

顆粒状になっているので水に溶かしてもダマになりません。粉末状の青汁ってコップなどに入れると「ヴゥァ！」って空中に粉末が飛散する事が多いのですが、こちらの青汁はそれがないので非常に容器に入れやすいです。「空中にただよった青汁粉末、肺に入ったら健康に悪いのでは？」「粉塵爆発しないかな？」といった不安がないので安心して青汁を作る事ができます。味は普通。
