Makes a great coffee roaster
Combine the basket version with a mini Kamado style grill (and add a baffle) and voila you have a unit capable of roasting green coffee in half pound batches. The Roto Q is well built, simple to operate, cleans up nicely and while not necessarily intended for this purpose fills the bill nicely Just wind it up and it’s ready to go

Works great, owned about a year now, and has not disappointed me yet. Rotisserie chicken over charcoal and camp fire. Still working. We'll worthy purchase.

Good Tool for Smoking
First use, wings came out amazing. I did go out about every 30 to 40 minutes to wind it up again to ensure it stayed going. So far very happy.

Awesome firebox accessory for chicken thighs or fresh roasting hatch chillies
Dropped in the firebox. Best chicken thighs ever. See below vid. Only concern is the coals turned the metal blue but no warping. I’m going to pretend it isn’t a problem because this thing is to awesome for me to care. Can’t wait to use it to roast chilies
