Administered over a 5-day period, it ensures effective pathogen control with clear withdrawal times before slaughter, supporting healthier herds and optimized farm productivity.

## Description

TiaGard 12.5% Liquid Concentrate for treatment of swine dysentery associated with Brachspira (formerly Serpulina or Treponema) hyodysenteriae and swine pneumonia due to Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, susceptible to tiamulin. Do not use undiluted, not for use in humans, for use in drinking water of swine only. Prepare fresh medicated water daily. Use as the only source of drinking water for 5 days. Withdraw medicated water 3 days before slaughter after treatment at 3.5mg/lb and 7 days before slaughter after treatment at 10.5mb/lb

A: No egg withdrawal.  This particular antibiotic is not used in humans.

**Q: What is the expiration date?**
A: I’m not an expert but that question would be specific to each bottle. As a customer, I had no concerns with the bottle I received. I also know expired medication in American health care systems is often donated to places on third world countries just before it expires because it’s about 80% effective. Hence.. Don’t worry too much about expired medication being an issue.
