Great protein powder! It mixes well, tastes good, and helps me meet my daily protein goals. I've noticed better recovery and no digestive issues.

The protein powder is light on stomach. No gas or any other issues like I used to face with other protein powders. Flavors review: Indonesian cacao - too good. It's yummy Cocoa beet- okish..tastes chalky Kerala vanila- takes like tonic Mint cacao - tastes like a mint with a hole- polo Chijmangalur mocha- choco coffee kind. It's okay. Japanese matcha - expected it to taste weird but it's good! Note: I mixed the protein powder in banana smoothie and consumed.

I have been using Cosmix now for the last 2-3 years after I developed gut issues with whey protein during transition to menopause. I make it a point to try them in both 1 kg packs and sachets as well…. Both plant and yeast protein. I’m now a fan as it’s easy to digest and doesn’t cause gastric upsets. Especially good if you’re lactose intolerant or even otherwise.

This is easily one of the worst purchases I've ever made on Amazon. It tastes nothing like a protein powder. The texture is unbelievably gritty—it's like drinking wet sand. No matter what I tried, it wouldn't mix properly with either water or milk, leaving unpleasant lumps and a chalky consistency. What's even more disappointing is that my gut hasn't felt normal since I started using this product. While I can't say for certain that the protein powder caused it, I never experienced these issues before using it. I spent around ₹650 on this, and it feels like a complete waste of money. There are far better protein powders available in the market at this price point. Calling it "No-Nonsense Protein" is ironic. Based on my experience, "Cosmix Nonsense Sand Protein" would be a more accurate name. I would definitely not recommend this product.

I tried the assorted sachet of the Cosmix protein drink with banana and small quantity of milk as a smoothee. I really liked the taste especially the Vanilla flavour and the Chikmagalur cocoa flavour. Planning to pick up one of the two flavours pack for my use. The drink was smooth on my sensitive stomach and felt as a wholesome drink. Happy to have chosen Cosmix drink for my health

The only benefit that it's cheaper than whey. The taste is absolutely horrid, I mean it's almost undrinkable. No matter how well you shake, it will never mix properly and you'll always feel that chalky, feeling of grains and powder when you drink it and it's terrible. Absolutely won't recommend.

This was my first ever protein powder taste testing. I am not a fan of the grainy after taste that it leaves behind in the mouth. Taste is extremely mild. Borderline medicine feels. Best flavour so far is the Chikmagalur Mocha. Chilli Guava does justice to its name but wouldn't recommend having it on a daily basis.
