It’s cheap and it’s weight, what more could you want? Edges are nicely rounded so as not to tear my ruck sack

It’s a ruck plate…
Not really too much to say here. It’s a 30 pound weight plate. It fits into my Frontline Athletic 2.0 ruck bag just fine. It looks to be made well. It will help with my ruck workouts and the price was fair.

Great accessory for your workout gear
Its what it says it is. Im not using it for rucking. Im using it as a suitcase carry walking. Its squared off edges does get rough on the hand after a while. Works good for light weight curls. Id purchase again.
