I was highly influenced by your brand videos on Instagram and Facebook, which encouraged me to purchase Shanaya Attar. As a fragrance lover and someone who enjoys collecting different perfumes, I trusted your brand and purchased your products on blind faith. The Shanaya Attar was pleasant, and based on that experience, I continued buying your perfumes.I am attaching images of the purchased perfumes for your reference.Unfortunately, after using these perfumes, I started experiencing throat irritation and infection. Initially, the cause was unclear. However, after continuous consultation with doctors, it was identified that the issue was triggered by these perfumes. Once I stopped using them, my condition improved significantly.Considering this situation, I kindly request you to please take back these perfumes and either refund the amount or replace them with Shanaya Attar, which suited me well.I want to clarify that I have not posted, nor do I intend to post, any negative comments or reviews on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
