TRUTH?
Been on it for over a year. One each morning. Not sure of what it’s suppose to do. Read the instructions regarding once a day usage. Suppose to help against inflammation, anti-aging(?) whatever that means & give more energy & strength(?). Still losing hair, inflammation continues & energy & strength…well no age was given for the bennies so can’t complain about its worthiness.

Easy to use, and effective supplement
I've tried 4 other shilajit supplements in the past, and this is the first shilajit supplement I've taken where I feel actual results. I have more and longer-lasting energy, a higher libido, and I've also noticed more restful sleep as well. There are no messy pastes to contend with, or multiple capsules. Just one easy to swallow capsule per day.

Seems to be very helpful to me
I have been taking Shilajit supplements for the past 6 months. I've been taking Shilajit to help my body absorb calcium supplements, because your body needs estrogen or a replacement like Shilajit to direct calcium to your bones. The results have been that my bones and joints that have been aching for the past year are no longer aching. Whether that relief is due to increasing calcium absorption or shilajit's anti-inflamatory properties is yet to be seen. In 6 more months I'll have another DEXA scan to medically confirm this. BUT additionally my cortisol belly has completely melted away due to Shilajit anti-sreess factors and I am wearing clothes that haven't fit in quite a while.
