Works well had for 2 months
This stays charged for days. You have to press down on the toy/lamp to turn it on. 1 press = Dim 2 presses = brighter - almost lights up the room. 3 presses = turns off. There is a switch on the bottom with three settings. 1st leaves the light on and you turn it off my pressing on it. 2nd has a 20 min timer 3rd off switch. USB-C charger port under the tail. Basically the axolotls chocolate starfish. Does not take batteries It's cute and a good nightlight. It's held up to my kiddo dropping it.

A perfect surprise gift
This is the cutest !!!! My son and daughter both have them and love them . They are very soft and work great as a night light . This is a perfect gift .

Very cute and squishable.
I bought this for my 9 year old grandson who is leery of dark bedrooms. Very cute and bright enough to provide relief from the darkness at bedtime. He was happy to get this for Christmas.
