Is the lug width actually 20mm? Amazon sellers have been known to misrepresent the actual dimensions of watch cases.

The lug width is 18mm, this along with other watches purchased on Amazon seem to have been measured on the outside of lugs.

What is the smallest wrist size it will fit?

Bare minimum is probably 5.3-5"
