Fantastic piece of equipment!
Fantastic machine, period! I did my research and looked several machines. At the end it boiled down to Nordictrack and Peloton. But when I saw the ridiculous price difference for the same quality and features, Nordictrack was no brainer. Than the choice was between 2450 and X24 but I settled with 2450 due to its relatively manageable weight and foldability. I think it is the prefect machine for me. Really nice looking, solidly made and quality piece of equipment. The motor is really quiet. The 12% incline is more than enough. The instructions were complicated at the first glance but I took my time I was able to assemble it by myself. iFit is fantastic as well. The courses and the locations are amazing. It is definetely worth the asking membership fee. My few wishes are; Apple Music More increments in decline mode between 0 and -3. The machine does this on its own during the workouts but you cannot select -1 or -2 manually. The fan would be more useful with movable fan grills just like car fans. Overall, I highly recommend this machine.

16 days later, no sign of replacement console
Treadmill arrived Jan 5th and was relatively simple to assemble, with occasional help from my wife (could possibly do solo but wouldn't recommend). Machine seems sturdy and well finished. Connected to internet and looked forward to using, when I met with an error. I tried to resolve in the manner suggested, then via reboot of system, and then over the course of several hours on hold & with various technicians at iFit (many more reboots, software reinstallation etc). It was determined I needed a new console (screen), which they promptly ordered Jan 6th. Not ideal, but I understand problems happen. 7-10 working days for delivery; so I was told. Fast forward a few weeks: no update. I call to be told the part is delayed, they would expedite shipping and I would receive tracking info Jan 20th. Today, Jan 21st, I call, am left on hold after connecting with an agent who after 45 minutes, tell me a replacement will take THREE TO FOUR WEEKS (reminder: it's a brand new 2025 model). I tell them I will not accept this - they need to get my something sooner or come pick the treadmill up and refund me my money. I'm sure there's a possibility, at some point in the future, assuming I do not lose my patience and return the thing, that this treadmill will perform well. At which point I will update this review. However, since customer service is part of the product experience & should be understood by potential buyers, this rating feels appropriate. p.s. I have no problem with an outsourced call center (I used to manage people at one), but also understand that if you struggle at all with South/Southeastern-Asian accents, you may have even more difficulty. That is not my gripe here, but didn't help matters.

Well built, works well, some disappointments
It is well built, and the instructions for assembly are good. They say it takes 2 people to assemble, and it does. Well, I did it myself but that was challenging. Will be easy with two. Getting it up and running is not at all difficult. You need to watch videos to get the most out of it, especially if you subscribe to iFit. If you get a year or two or three, the discounts are substantial. My only complaint about iFit (I did upgrade to Pro for a year) is that they either don't have live scheduled classes, or I can't find them. That is a major disappointment. The instructions repeatedly say to turn off the monitor when you are done, but there is no "off" switch or panel or monitor button anywhere. Pretty annoying. It did squeak a lot when I first used it, and it did not come with lubricant, also annoying. After I bought silicone lubricant on Amazon, it squeaks much less, though still some. I gave it 5 stars anyway because it is solidly built, sturdy, works as advertised, and is enjoyable with all the thousands of workouts. One other note: the treadmill somehow knows it is a treadmill, and it will not play non-treadmill workouts on the screen. This is a bummer since I wanted to watch the cycling videos while riding my non-iFit cycle next to the treadmill. Can't do that. Could use iPad, but cannot cast iFit to TV.

Great treadmill
We are very happy with this treadmill. I thought… do I really need the 24 in screen or the built in fan? Answer is Yes!! I love the big screen and doing the interactive workouts the landscape is just that much more! The fan is so awesome! The only negative is ..it arrives in a huge box sooo heavy and that was the hardest getting the treadmill in the house.

Make sure you buy iFit and get a local Tech to Set it up properly
Love the NordicTrack Commercial 2450. iFit app subscription is a must. You will love iFit and makes exercising fun and you forget you are working it it is so captivating and interesting and you get to virtually travel the globe and have personal fitness trainers. The AI expert is wonderful in the app. Also, a pro tip, is get an appropriate pad under it to ensure it does not make excessive noise elevating or declining. Tractor Supply makes heavy thick and harder rubber mats for horse stalls that are great long term. Short term, order something from Nordic or Peloton that is a mat made for treadmills to reduce noise of the rear feet that move slightly when elevating. (Nordic, if reading, you might consider design mod that put a roller on the feet to eliminate the rubbing effect under motion). Overall wonderful because it allows the raising of the treadmill to vertical position so as to save on floor space when needed. Now, I wish Amazon and Nordic would partner with local exercise equipment service companies to gift vouchers or coupons for discounts for local service. This would be great because honestly, when it gets shipped by Amazon and just dropped off without a setup service, you will want someone to ensure it is fully working and calibrated and setup properly. Ensure you use althetic shoes just for the treadmill and never use them anywhere else but inside the home gym. This way you eliminate getting grease, tar, or oil from your shoes when walking outside on the treadmill or debris from grass and dirt into your treadmill. Have fun and get the full family of products to complement your workouts and home gym, but make sure not to skimp out on getting the big screen and iFit app subscription so you can get personalized fitness experiences on each Nordic machine.

Best in class
This is simply the best treadmill available for home use at this time. Superb powerful motor that is able to deliver a smooth running experience throughout at all speeds and is able to switch gears super fast. Does this effortleslly for a 220 lbs person. Love the range of incline and decline. Perfectly padded deck that is good for running and is ample wide and long and supports multiple stride lenghts during walk workouts. The overall package is bulky and definitely requires 2 people to setup. Once setup it is not too bad to move around, however would not do that often. While it is a foldable treadmill I do have a permanent location for it and do not intent to fold it often. The iFit and ergatta workouts are great. Love all the outdoor workouts in scenic locations across the globe. If you are able to shell out the money, it is definitely worth it. The main improvements I would like are : Integration with streaming services like Youtube and Youtube music. A display that is further away from the runner. I am 6ft+ and while the display tilts, it would definitely be better if it were couple of feet behind similar to the Peloton models. An ability to send completed workouts to your phone and update Apple Health. While these are minor inconveniences, there is no doubt on the quality of the treadmill and I hope it lasts a long time.

pick a local vendor with white-glove delivery/setup service.
At this point I continue to suffer with horrible customer service. I've had 2 cases open for the same issue of low-speed surging (eg each step at warm-up speeds causes the belt to slow down, surge back, over and over). I've watched all the videos, set belt tension. I used web-chat and that was useless and they opened and closed my case before even ending the chat. Phone chat seemed to be helpful in that a case was opened and local service "will call you back in 3-5 days". No luck. Logged back in online and found my case closed. Back to the phone... Still waiting. The sub-set to my case is a significant clicking like a bad bearing on the rear roller, noticeable at jogging speeds. Will see what the results in when I get a local tech to look at it. For others considering ordering, don't waste the money on the 24" screen. It's too big - the screen is too close when on the belt which creates a sort-of visual vertigo issue. I also own the stationary bike with 24" screen and no issues. I do enjoy iFit and Nordictrack products but getting rid of my 2003 era LifeFitness treadmill is hopefully not a mistake.
