Review: I ordered the wrong tog rating for this duvet (10.5 instead of 7.5), and knowing this, I didn't open the bag at all and therefore I cannot comment on the duvet's quality, but I did read the customer reviews before purchasing and they all spoke of the duvets being soft, warm and comfortable. What I can say however, is that the duvet was very fast to arrive and was well protected by its heavy plastic bag. I foolishly missed the return window, so I contacted the seller and asked if I would be able to return it late to them. I was promptly contacted by Bev from their customer service team, who not only accepted the late return, but very kindly sent a QR code (as I do not have a printer) for me to scan in my local EVRI parcel shop. Free returns are only accepted within the 30 day period, (which would have been fine with me as I was just happy to return it to the seller), but as an act of goodwill, I was not charged for the postage/shipping fee. My refund was very quickly processed and received in my account. I was so impressed by this seller. I try, wherever possible, to buy from British manufacturers, and support smaller businesses, and this company are a wonderful example of quality British manufacturing .
