Works great, very happy
The plate has been a fantastic purchase. It has plenty of settings for speed and vibration for whatever you need it to do. It’s very well built and sturdy. I have mine on a carpet floor and it doesn’t scoot itself anywhere, which is impressive. It’s very easy to use and works well. I also appreciate its size, as it can easily store anywhere.

I was very impressed with my purchase of this machine. It was definitely very easy to use from the start. The remote makes it simple to turn on pick your session and go! I've been using a month now and can see a firming across my body. It is easy to move from any room and fairly lightweight. I am happy with my purchase and the price was right!

One workout then nothing.
Returned less than a day after receiving. I got it to run one time for ten minutes. While doing a workout, if I put most of my weight on one side or the other, it would almost stop working. (I was following a video, and they had no issues doing so.) Then I couldn’t get it to run for more than 30 seconds without completely shutting down and wouldn’t power back up. Returned and ordered a different brand the same day. It has run with no issues.

Muscle built up, and blood circulation
This vibration plate is a great tool for me as most of my leg pain is gone after few weeks of using it every day for 15 min. It takes all my leg tiredness away… after work..
