I am VERY critical and ocd with gear. This bag is great. Bought it for the back of my motorcycle (vertically against sissy bar), but will use it for much more. Reinforced stitching and durability points well thought out. Only design feature I’d add is a double layer of material on the bottom where the bag will get the most ‘sitting against the ground’ time. That’s just my ocd. It is a duffel. Yes it has backpack straps but it isn’t a waterproof full on kelty backpack. It’s an amazing waterproof duffel that can be carried via backpack straps as a bonus. I wouldn’t use it for 100lbs like a traditional pack.

My husband is a Utility Power Lineman. I purchased this bag for him to pack his clothes in when he goes out of town for storm work. It is easy for him to carry on his back when he has to pull his tool trunk along behind him. It keeps all of his clothes dry even when he has to store it in the uncovered bed of a bucket truck! He praises this bag to every lineman he talks to and tells them they need to purchase one.

This is a great bag. Well worth the extra money. Quality is great. I bought the 110 liter for my motorcycle. There is plenty of storage space and fits well on motorcycle.

Good easy to carry with straps and lots room.
