A very disappointing purchase.
I received the item with the middle green stone already detached from the necklace, and the adjusting thread was also broken. Unfortunately, I was travelling from Trivandrum to Pune at the time and couldn’t initiate a return within the return window. Later, I had to fix the stone myself using glue, but since the adjustment thread was broken, I was unable to wear the necklace for the intended function. I ended up attending the event without any neckpiece, which was extremely disappointing. This experience has completely eroded my trust. I am not sure whether this is a quality issue, a first copy, or something else—but such poor quality was not expected from Rubans or Amazon. Overall, a very disappointing purchase.
