didn’t have an issue with it. had 1 serving size everyday with with a little bit of peanut butter can’t say how much it worked besides my nails did grow way faster. skin and hair can’t tell a difference

Excellent treatment for flaky skin
Took this to treat itchy, flaky skin. Ended up with no flaky skin. Still have itchy skin. Switched to product with ceramides which is supposed to treat itchy and flaky skin. Too soon to know how well it works.
