Stainless steel (cannot find description of handle and outer material makeup). Has precision temp in F or C°. Press power and + to mute (keeps setting even when turned off, only resets when unplugged) Directions have misprint for F-C° switch: press “hold” & (-) Removable stickers with descriptions, for a cleaner look. Great pour. Slightly under 1L capacity. Uses ~1350watts while heating, pretty quick. Holds temp for 1 hr. Handle feels ergonomic. Easy to clean with removable lid and reachable inside with sponge. Heating noise is audible, typical of water kettle. Sound isn’t obnoxious but glad there’s mute option.
