Purchase this product 2 months ago. Its a very good product. Does mopping and cleaning perfectly. Value for money. Battery life is good. I use it to clean a 1100 sqft space. Suction is amazing. It’s very easy to handle and use. Only problem is that it can’t go under the bed or furniture completely since it inclines only 60 degrees.

I absolutely love my tineco ss combo cordless wet and dry vacuum cleaner. it is incredibly convenient and completely replaced the need to carry arround a mop and bucket. The suction power is excellent, and it dries the floors surprisingly well. The smart sensor isnw feature that adjusts water usel automatically. Highly recommended for quick and efficient clean ups. The only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 star is that the clean and dirty water tank is too small and the battery life which drops easily. Plus it requires frequent maintenance.

One of the best in the market for an overall cleaning solution. If you are looking for vaccuming and moping at the same time, this is it! Even if you just want to vaccum, you can just not fill in any water and it will do it's thing. If you take care of the vaccum especially the roller, it will really pick up the tiniest dirt off of your floor. We have a wooden textured tile and it works pretty well. With one charge, it runs well for 15-20 minutes. If you plan your cleaning well enough, then it should not be a problem. I would suggest not to let it run out of power because then you have to manually adjust again and again for it really begin charging. So around 10 percent, you should really put to charge again. I would recomend this anytime!

Don't buy from Tineco. I received a defective vacuum after buying it on June 9. Although delivery took only 2 days, the replacement process has been extremely slow. After inspection and multiple follow-ups, the company confirmed the product was faulty, but I'm still waiting for my replacement. It's been weeks, and my money is stuck. Very disappointing after-sales service.
