This book has everything. I have been doing pilates for 4 years and this not only has a complete compilation of moves, but also sections for ailment relief as well as an entire section devoted to children's yoga. It is a fantastic resource.

This is a good introduction to the various topics
This is a good introduction to the various topics. But should you wish to know more about Pilates my family and friends say read elsewhere and, given my knowledge of yoga I would suggest the sane. But a good start to undemanding both subjects.
