I got it for my sister and she loves this stuff! She has celiac and lupus so she has to drink a lot of gluten free green tea. This place is the ONLY place with gluten free organic green tea!! Yes, peppermint and spearmint are green/herbal teas. The more you add to your steeper, the darker and stronger the tea. it does have lots of bits that come out of my sister's fine-hole steeper but that's okay. They're edible so no issues. Quality top notch Taste, minty and more flavorful and smooth. While Peppermint is sharper and much more minty strong. Super fresh! Value for money is amazing! Big bag with lots of stuff! Don't worry, the leaves settle at the bottom, so it makes the bag look emptier. There is ALOT in there! Great health benefits! Cleans breath, eases stomach upset, helps you feel cooler but not too much. Calming and relaxing too. The gluten free symbol provided on the package is a recognized gluten free symbol, so it's safe for us gluten intolerants! Green tea is best tea. Much larger bag than I thought I bought this to mix with a hibiscus tea and ice it it has a very good taste and smells fresh I didn’t find anything inside the bag and it came sealed well it is very finely ground though and it is a very good price for the amount I got

While this tea has a wonderful flavor, it lacks my much needed caffeine boost. So I use this mainly as an addition to other teas. It not only adds a wonderful flavor, the aroma is fantastic. I bought it by chance, but it's a keeper.

This bag was so much bigger than I was expecting! I purchased this in order to make tea by the gallon; I have PCOS, and spearmint tea helps with some of the issues that come with living with the disorder. Other cysters say 2 cups a day is ideal; I'm not one to drink hot tea all the time, so I bought this to make full gallons of iced tea. These aren't full leaves; they're chopped up like what you'd find if you cut open a tea bag. If you don't have a tea strainer, you're going to want to invest in one, or get a fine mesh strainer to pour your tea through. I alternate between throwing it in the pot to steep loose and using a strainer, or filling 2 tea balls for steeping. Depends on how much work I want to put in. The scent upon opening the bag is wonderful, and I was surprised at how delicious a tall, cold glass of spearmint iced tea would be. This summer will be delightfully refreshing!
