Fabulous cup with excellent stainless steel infuser. When you buy many herbal loose teas, this is a must. I actually just caught 2 maggots in it from a bag of dried lingonberries that were infested. Better safe than sorry! Also the lid acts as a tray to set the infuser down when not in use, or like me you can set the infuser aside on a clean plate and just use the lid to insulate the tea and keep it warmer for longer. The taste of the tea is truly exquisite when it has a chance to steep properly and unfurl. The cup is the perfect size too, the tea is not too watery and not too small that it requires constant pours. The design is ergonomic and thoughtful, the artwork is tasteful and beautiful (I got the peony). It's porcelain and microwave/ dishwasher safe as well. Really glad I finally bought one of these!!

I'd give this thing 6 stars if I could. The steeping basket fits perfectly and works great, the lids works well as a basket rest after steeping tea, the mug washes well in the dishwasher, it heats up nicely in the microwave without the handle becoming unbearably hot, and it's pretty.

These are the most beautiful, well made, tea mug sets I could ever imagine! The strainers and lids are so functional and sit perfectly. The handles for perfectly in your hand. They are substantial, stable, and can easily be used for more than tea, for example, water, coffee or an ale! The art is subtle and elegant. Wish I could give them 10 stars! I am buying more!

This is the third AmorArc Porcelain Tea Mug I have purchased. As a loose herbal tea drinker, I drink a great deal of tea per day. The strainers are very fine meshed and keep all the leaves etc., in the strainer rather than floating in the tea, and being as deep as they are, keep the tea submerged whilst it infuses. For those of us who enjoy a hot cuppa, the lid ensures the tea stays warm whilst infusing, which is great! Overall, a great mug/tea infusing system.
