Bought this for a friend trying to gain weight. He says it tastes wonderful, doesn’t notice anny weird texture, annd is happy with its calorie content. He’s said seen improvement on his weight! Great value!

I have always struggled to gain weight and usually loathe protein powders. This has been a beautiful and wonderful experience so far. I just ordered more, tastes good and easy to mix. I have been struggling with an eating disorder for a long time and this has helped tremendously with my journey. The amount of powder you are getting for how much it costs is a bit lacking but I haven’t felt so good in a years.

Could definetly have more fibers to help digestion and lower sugar spikes. I bought strawberry, the flavor is made from real strawberries and it tastes like it but the whey and powder taste will overpower it slightly. I would really like if they increased the strawberries, it would add more fibers and give an even more pleasant taste. Also there are some strawberry seeds that weren't filtered out so pick another flavor if you can't drink strawberry seeds There is maltodextrin and normal sugar in this mix, this increases absorbtion so it's probably great to drink while training or running but I fear that just taking it as a normal extra calories meal will spike my insulin bad and worsen my acne. One thing that really impressed me is that the ingredient list is super short and safe, the flavor is literally just made with dried strawberries. I will definetly buy again but I only use it when I'm on the go to ensure I hit my calories target. I would not consume daily because of the low fibers fast absorbing sugars. This is probably healthier than most other premade alternatives but I would still like it to be improved.
