Each can of Neocate Infant makes approximately 97 fl oz of formula. For the question of how long a can lasts, it will depend on the size of the bottle (example: 5 oz bottle you would yield 9.4 servings, 6 oz bottle would yield 16 bottles, etc..)

I would think it would be per can. Neocate is very pricey and that's about the usual going price. If it was for a case I'd be skeptical as to why. Out of date etc... My son has been on it for 8 months now, our first sample we got free from neocate website and the second case we got was $140 for 4 cans. Our doctor ended up writing us a prescription for it and we were able to get it free through wic. Insurances will pay too if doctor writes a script.

I just bought a can recently that was set to expire in two weeks so I would be careful.
