I have a pretty bad gag reflex so I'll just say right off the bat these are losing a point for being pretty big. That said, I don't notice any negative effects when taking this as a mostly daily supplement. I don't notice any specific benefits or differences either, but I'm being cautious to not invoke placebo effect. I don't think these would hurt to take, but would have preferred liquid gels or smaller tablets.

So happy to have this multivitamin + stress & mood from the trusted Garden of Life brand. Thankful that these vitamins include probiotics so that they don't have to be purchased and taken separately. I am impressed that this supplement is formulated by Dr. David Perlmutter, MD, and made in the USA. This is a quality multivitamin with good ingredients that are very effective. I have not had any negative side effects from these supplements. They are an important part of my daily routine to stay healthy.

Who DOESN'T need these?? These are loaded with great stress relieving ingredients like Ashwagandha - which is something I expect to find in a supplement like this. But it's balanced out with a lot of other ingredients too. All I know is I took a couple of these (the actual serving), and felt the stress melt off in under an hour It's not a miracle supplement but it sure does help take the edge off. I recommend it to all humans on the planet right now (who get doc approval of course) 10/10 which I've come to expect from a Garden of Life product

I ate a little before I took these vitamins. Five minutes after swallowing 2 capsules, I was projectile vomiting. I have never thrown up from a supplement/ vitamin before. Luckily, in 10 minutes I was feeling normal. So definitely an untoward response to the Garden of Life Supplement.

These supplements are made by a great company that you can trust uses good ingredients and are effective. They have no smell or taste whatsoever. They are small enough I have no trouble swallowing them.
