I normally hate jeeps. I purchased the model mostly because of the sale Amazon had going on. Out the box this thing was more than capable for a RTR. I will say, it feels incredibly cheap compared to a Redcat. That doesn’t really matter when you start upgrading parts. I highly recommend

My first crawler! Surprisingly, easy to drive. I did some quick research and found this to be one of the better options for starters and enthusiast alike. While there are cheaper options, the Axial trucks seem to hit the sweet spot for price and quality. The 1/24 is not a tiny car but it's also not huge. It's a perfect beginner size for someone who wants to get into the hobby without breaking the bank. The battery life is good. It looks great but the wheels could be better. Fortunately, there are tons of inexpensive upgrades. The prices only reflect the car cover. The internals are all the same.
