Absolutely does not leak. The loud audible and tactile click when opening and closing is very reassuring. I find it more aesthetically pleasing than other hot drink containers which is a bonus. Really does pull completely apart for full cleaning and sanitisation. The lid does get quite warm/hot as that’s the part that isn’t insulated so be careful what the lid leans next to in your bag during travel if it could melt (chocolate) or be affected. But it’s not scolding. Drinks stay really hot for a long time but technically a little less than a vaccuum bottle with a narrow neck for obvious reasons. I’m off to buy the larger version. You can’t beat an Owala.

Ok, I am actually obsessed with this mug and now want one in every colour, it doesn't even leak when turned upside down and shaken vigorously, it's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars on this product because it's amazing, great value for money, Very easy to clean, beautiful colours, nice fell to it with good grip very portable, and no need for a straw

such an amazing coffee mug i use it all the time to uni i love it so much it is completely leak proof which was my main reason to buy it so it doesn’t spill in my bag. so easy to use and clean and keeps coffee warm for hours.

Keeps hot, DOES NOT leak. Very pleased. Its a wee bit wide to hold by a single average womans hand, but not a deal breaker.

Great peice of kit, lid air tight, fits in hand perfectly and looks smart.Fit for purpose, nothing bad to say about it.

Kept my tea and coffee hot enough to enjoy after about 2-3 hours. It as hot as a flask but good enough. Easy to drink from and completely leakproof. It’s an odd shape, narrower at the bottom than the top. It fits in a car cup holder ok but the top half is quite wide to grip. The bottom is ok to grip.

Have bought lots of insulated cups over the years and have always found a problem with them all but having been recommended this by a colleague I thought I’d give it a try.Glad I did the drink stays hot and no drips from the lid what so ever which is a big bonus. Perfect size and seems very well designed and built highly recommend.

Favorite travel mug! Completely leak proof & simple to use. Great size as my coffee lasts all morning. Last few sips are lukewarm, but I am fine with that as usually is 6-7 hours later. Keeping leak proof slider shut helps, but often forget to close while at my desk. Fits in all cup holders and great quality. I purchased this in 2025 after using the smaller size for a while.Over all, my Owala’s have been the best travel mugs for coffee & best water bottles. They are leak proof, well designed, durable, and well worth the cost. The water bottles retain the cold longer than heat, but heat retention is decent compared to other brands and hold up better in my opinion. Repurchasing as my other travel mug handle is loose, never had a problem with my other 3-4 Owala’s, and this holds more coffee. I do wash my mugs by hand daily so they are long lasting as dishwasher heat is hard on any coated mug.

Lovely cup but unfortunately is no good anymore as it won't stop leaking after only 3 months of use

Ce mug est vraiment pratique au quotidien, il ne fuit pas et garde très bien les boissons chaudes ou froides pendant plusieurs heures. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat, je le recommande sans hésiter !
