ITS SO GOOD!! It makes my coffee taste better somehow lol! I do not eat beef or pork and in general have a hard time consuming protein.. this is so good on the stomach and helps me get some protein added into my diet. Best collagen product I’ve ever tried. Will be using this for the far and foreseeable future as a daily staple. ✨💕🥰❤️😋

This has worked very well for my skin, Hair, and nails. I have never been able to grow long and strong nails until now. I have noticed my hair getting longer and my skin hasn't been dry and flaky. I wish there was more in the container for the price however.

Great product dissolves fairly well within a few seconds in liquid

I’m a pescatarian so finding a marine collagen was important. There are no “extra” ingredients in this powder. I was worried that the taste would be fishy but it’s completely tasteless (a big plus). I add it to my morning smoothy (45 calories) and l find it very easy to digest. It’s filling and mixes into my shakes really well. It does thicken up though so be prepared for that. l’m not tempted to snack between breakfast and lunch anymore so adding this definitely got my appetite under control. I feel like l have more energy. I added this to my shakes for joint health but l am seeing an improvement in my skin too. I’m looking less tired and my skin isn’t as dry. I’m only half way through the canister so the jury is out on long term effects but my joints definitely feel better

I know it makes my nails stronger. I got lazy and stopped taking it and my nails started breaking again.

I’ve been using Vital Proteins Marine Collagen for several months and was very happy with it.... until now!!! The first thing I noticed was the packaging change: the product used to come in a plastic container and now it comes in a paper container. While the new packaging seems well made, the plastic container was more practical and durable for daily use. However, the packaging change isn’t the real issue. The bigger problem is that the product itself seems to have changed! I usually take the collagen straight with water and don’t mix it into drinks, so I’m very familiar with how it tastes and behaves. The previous batches had the typical collagen taste: not pleasant, but perfectly tolerable. Now the taste has changed dramatically!!! The new batches have a strange flavor of plastic or chlorine, which is extremely unpleasant!!! This change makes me question the sourcing and processing of the product. It reminds me of issues sometimes seen with sea moss, where lower quality sources can produce an off taste depending on how they’re farmed or processed. I obviously can’t confirm that’s happening here, but the difference in taste is significant enough to raise concerns. The texture has also changed: before, when I mixed several scoops with water using a frother, the result was a thicker liquid. Now it dissolves into a much thinner consistency. To make matters worse, none of these changes were communicated. There was no notice, no transparency, and no explanation that the product or packaging had been altered. I find that extremely disappointing. Because of these changes and the lack of transparency, I will unfortunately be switching to another brand.

Prendo il collagene marino Vital Proteins da alcune settimane e, nel mio caso, la differenza la vedo chiaramente. La polvere è molto fine e di ottima qualità: si scioglie con facilità sia nell’acqua sia nelle bevande calde come tè o caffè, senza lasciare grumi né residui. Il gusto è davvero neutro e questo rende l’assunzione quotidiana semplice e piacevole. Ho scelto questo prodotto per sostenere soprattutto pelle, capelli e tessuti connettivi. Dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo ho notato un miglioramento concreto nell’elasticità e nell’idratazione della pelle, in particolare su viso e mani. Anche le unghie sono diventate più resistenti e meno soggette a sfaldarsi. La qualità della polvere è infatti il vero punto forte: contiene peptidi di collagene marino di tipo I, di origine ittica, senza ingredienti di riempimento o additivi inutili. La consistenza fine e la solubilità immediata mi fanno percepire un prodotto curato, superiore a molti integratori che restano sabbiosi o con retrogusto marcato. Nel mio caso i risultati su pelle e unghie confermano questa impressione di buona materia prima. Apprezzo la trasparenza del brand, che indica in modo chiaro dosaggio e modalità d’uso. Lo tollero molto bene e non ho avuto alcun fastidio digestivo. So che i benefici del collagene possono variare da persona a persona e che richiedono costanza per almeno 8–12 settimane, ma la mia esperienza personale è stata decisamente positiva e più rapida del previsto. Per scrupolo, a prescindere dal fatto che si tratti di un integratore reperibile senza ricetta, io chiedo comunque sempre al mio medico se un prodotto è adatto a me: credo sia una buona abitudine per chiunque assuma integratori. Prezzo e qualità sono coerenti: il collagene marino è di per sé una materia prima costosa e questo prodotto ha un costo in linea con il mercato. Non è un integratore economico in assoluto, ma non lo considero eccessivo vista la purezza e la facilità d’uso.
