Marine Collagen Peptides Powder Supplement, 7.8oz

I really like this collagen. It dissolves easily and has almost no taste, so I can mix it with pretty much anything. I also like that it’s marine collagen and the quality seems really good. The container is a little small, but overall I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

This has worked very well for my skin, Hair, and nails. I have never been able to grow long and strong nails until now. I have noticed my hair getting longer and my skin hasn't been dry and flaky. I wish there was more in the container for the price however.

My favorite Collagen Protein! Mixes perfectly in my smoothies. Don't taste it at all. I am pretty sure this is working to make my hair more lustrous.

Good product, very good ingredients. 4 stars because it is expensive.

I’m a pescatarian so finding a marine collagen was important. There are no “extra” ingredients in this powder. I was worried that the taste would be fishy but it’s completely tasteless (a big plus). I add it to my morning smoothy (45 calories) and l find it very easy to digest. It’s filling and mixes into my shakes really well. It does thicken up though so be prepared for that. l’m not tempted to snack between breakfast and lunch anymore so adding this definitely got my appetite under control. I feel like l have more energy. I added this to my shakes for joint health but l am seeing an improvement in my skin too. I’m looking less tired and my skin isn’t as dry. I’m only half way through the canister so the jury is out on long term effects but my joints definitely feel better

The product is excellent! The packaging not so good. The product arrived in the new flimsy paper type package. Easily crushed as it was shipped in a paper bag. Luckily I kept the old plastic container and reused it. Not sure how safe it is to keep a powered product in a paper container. I keep it near my sink and coffee maker to add to my morning coffee. I like to keep things protected and feel that the new container opens the door to cross contamination and possible introduction of mold. Also it should have been shipped in a box not a paper bag. And the paper container in time will swell and make the lid more difficult to remove… it was a bad idea profit. Nothing good will come of it.

Update: I can’t believe the container that used to be a QUARTER empty when I started taking it is now HALF empty! And the price has gone up CONSIDERABLY! I don’t have kitchen scales at home but feel like buying one just to measure the actual content without the weight of the container! I will not be buying this again and will cancel my Subscribe and Save. And the new CARDBOARD (no longer plastic) container is falling apart after opening?! Unbelievably GREEDY I’ve been using this marine collagen for the last 2-3 yrs. Cant speak about the benefits for skin but the nails definitely grow faster, which I dont really care about because I like my nails short. My very fine dark blonde hair does feel fuller, healthier, and grows faster. Now, Im very curious why 34 servings container has a different texture to it? I bought it once, as it was cheaper than 18 servings, but it has a stronger smell and, while it completely dissolves in my coffee, it doesn't create that fluffy foaminess on top (like if you add a creamer) that I get with 18 servings? What’s the deal, Vital Proteins? So unreliable when it comes to quality, yet you keep increasing the price, and now we dont even get the spoon. You are already a number one sold brand, yet getting more and more greedy. On the side note, I wanted to warn the ladies buying this collagen at stores like TJmaxx. I bought two VP marine collagens last summer and after using them I experienced a very tense breast and frequent pain. Not just before my period (which I normally dont even experience), but daily. I almost went to the doctor but then, thank God, the pain subsided and now everything is back to normal. It lasted for about 2-3 months. So beware when buying at the discounted stores. Perhaps not all of them are bad, but those two I bought were abnormal.

Il gusto è davvero neutro e questo rende l’assunzione quotidiana semplice e piacevole. Ho scelto questo prodotto per sostenere soprattutto pelle, capelli e tessuti connettivi. Dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo ho notato un miglioramento concreto nell’elasticità e nell’idratazione della pelle, in particolare su viso e mani. Anche le unghie sono diventate più resistenti e meno soggette a sfaldarsi. La qualità della polvere è infatti il vero punto forte: contiene peptidi di collagene marino di tipo I, di origine ittica, senza ingredienti di riempimento o additivi inutili. La consistenza fine e la solubilità immediata mi fanno percepire un prodotto curato, superiore a molti integratori che restano sabbiosi o con retrogusto marcato. Nel mio caso i risultati su pelle e unghie confermano questa impressione di buona materia prima. Apprezzo la trasparenza del brand, che indica in modo chiaro dosaggio e modalità d’uso.
