The first one after a few months, it would make only half a pot of coffee, when you put in the correct amount of water. We tried cleaning it multiple times which we do on a regular bases any way. But would only make half a pot. Then when you add more water it would overflow. So we gave in and bought another. It has worked perfect the past few months.
