I've never taken these before but so far so good. No adverse affects of upset stomach, no allergic reaction. So yeah, I recommend. People complain about the size of the pack but there are 1000 seeds. No I didn't count them. I believe the reaction to the size is because most think of the Papaya seed when it's fresh out of the fruit but these are dried so of course they've shrunk down in size as all of the moisture is extracted during the drying process. I almost didn't order because of this complaint - don't listen. This packaging size and quantity is perfect considering the high quality.

These work! I take 5 as directed and it does the trick. They are very tiny and I swallow them like pills. There is no taste.

Good for digestion

These are great in pepper grinder. Wish more for the money but the product is what I wanted.

No complaints, I mix these in with my peppercorns in my pepper grinder.
