Good if you have sensitive stomach and traveling.
We used this while in Vietnam. I have a sensitive stomach. For directions, I use this prior to each meal and I didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend. I paired this with daily probiotics!

Prevent traveler’s diarrhea

Survived Indian Street Food for two weeks
This stuff is legit. I took it with every meal while in India for 2 weeks. I ate everything that was given to me. I ate street food also. I didn't drink tap water but. Even with eating streetfood and many home cooked meals, I had 0 illness. It works period. I took it every single meal and it worked flawlessly.
