Not the best tasting. But they WORK AMAZINGLY WELL.

Tastes great, soothing, and has THE over the counter cough suppressant… as a pharmacist this is the only cough drop I buy. This product slowly releases dextromethorphan (active ingredient for all US OTC cough medications) which actually suppresses the cough making it stronger and longer acting than any foul tasting herbal mess or bitter numbing spray. Cheaper than other products that attempt to mask cough vs suppress.

Really helps a sore throat.........AND it's MUCINEX - so it seem to help with breathing too.
I love the Mucinex lozenges. I'm not super crazy about this flavor - but I do use it besides a couple of other flavors.

Fast acting
These are the BEST cough drop/sore throat available. As a public school teacher, I keep these close for myself and coworkers. Fast acting. Numbs throat without complications. Highly recommend.

All time favorite thing when I'm sick
Can always rely on Mucinex when you don't feel good and these are an awesome product I got sick with the flu and my brother got it and these were the most excellent thing to have around I bought these and the Honey ones and I did not regret it it helped with your throat the size was a great size I love the natural ingredients with it or some of them are sticky they just don't taste good you know it's like you have to sit and suck on them forever they don't work out well these work great they are effective quickly they make your throat feel so much better and it makes it to where you're not coughing
