Noticable difference
Recommended by my MD. I haven't experienced any side effects. Fortunately, I've noticed a improvement in my mood and sleep when I take it twice daily (AM & PM). Appears to be effective and I'll repurchase.

Works fast, helps calm your mood without taking away emotions
Within 2 weeks i saw a huge difference in my son. He is much calmer in high stress situations. He takes 1 at bedtime and he says it has improved his sleep

Good but not great
I am using this product in conjunction with another to meet optimum daily dosage for stress reduction. Unfortunately, the L-Theanine dosage is lower than ideal but the Ashwaganda dosage is too high to just take two of these.

Calms me, gives me more patience with people
I’m a type A “get it done” kinda’ guy with low patience, I like its calming affect on me. My doctor wanted me to try this Daily Calm and it works for me and my wife thinks so too, happy wife is a happy life.

Heart Palpitations
Off to the races! For the past week, my heart has been galloping like it's this year's winner of the Kentucky Derby! Full disclosure: I started Pure Encapsulations Mrtabolic Xtra at the same time. So, I'm not sure which caused the palpitations, but I've since read ingredients in both can trigger heart palpitations. I've been off both for 3 days, but my poor heart is still doing its thing. Nothing like spending the day feeling like your heart is falling out of your chest every few seconds. Be careful with this one!
