UPDATED: company sent a replacement and I have purchased 3 tickets times since with no issues. I loved my first jar of Beef Balm — it had a creamy, soft texture with a pleasant natural scent (likely from the vanilla oleoresin), and it worked beautifully on my skin. However, I’m very disappointed with the second jar I received. The texture is completely different: grainy, watery, and the smell is unpleasant — almost rancid. It doesn’t feel or perform the same at all. This inconsistency makes it hard to trust future purchases, which is a shame because the original product was excellent.
