Good for stapling small booklets.
Does a good job stapling small booklets together (as with a pdf printed in booklet format). Trying to staple something larger (8.5' x 11', for instance) would work, but you wouldn't be able to get a staple in the middle of the spine, just at each end (due to the short stapler arm). The "up to 20 pages" description is accurate, can't get much more than that.

Good product with one flaw
Really like this product with one caveat - the staple receiver (lower track) sometimes doesn’t stay clipped into the upper track. I solved this by removing the staples and squeezing together, with finger pressure, the end of the lower track where the staples come out. Too much pressure and the staples might get jammed.

Performs as advertised.
I purchased 2 of these to staple some booklets for a convention. The booklet was 13 pages of 11x17 with a cardstock cover and to be held with 2 staples, top and bottom. I tried it with the staples that came with it as soon as I opened the pkg. It works perfectly. Love the swivel head. Pages were already folded so it made lining them up to staple really easy. I will use a piece of tape on the base to denote where to place the top and bottom of the booklet so the position of the staple remains the same depth for uniformity. It required no excessive force for optimum performance.

Works well
Works well but appears cheaply made. Was hoping for a better quality to ensure durability. Only time will tell how this hard plastic exterior will hold up.It does staple a booklet nicely but a hard press is needed to get staple in firm the first time.

does swive
This stapler does what it's supposed to do, but it is not high quality. The stapler jams easily. Very cheap

Amazing
I'm a classroom teacher and I have a book hospital kids but the damaged books in. I used to have to go down the media center to get their big stapler so I could fix books. This little stapler is amazing. It staples papers in the middle or books. If you're a teacher you should definitely invest in this thing.
