Do they sell the fabric for the chair separate because I bought my gray chair in July and it ripped?

Our’s ripped after one wash. I contacted them and they responded right away, asked for a picture, then sent us a replacement within 2 days. Very nice company with wonderful customer service!

Can the straps be removed?

The straps to secure the booster to a regular chair are removable. Ours are off most of the time as we use this for a beach chair too. Only the seat straps are sewn.

Does the lifetime guarentee include the chair fabric? The fabric ripped at the back poles after general use after 3 months of use.
