The Enzymes are such a good quality. They break down and heal the gut. They are natural and clean, no additives. These are a must to help you break down your foods, so your body can pull out the nutrients to build your health. I highly suggest this brand. Excellent quality 🙂

Excellent quality, but definitely a splurge
These digestive enzymes are some of the best I’ve tried. I noticed less bloating and better digestion pretty quickly, especially after heavier meals. They support the body’s natural enzyme production and can help break down proteins, fats, and carbs more efficiently, which is great if your digestion tends to be sluggish. That said, they’re definitely on the pricey side, so not something I can use consistently long term. But if you’re looking for a high quality, whole food based option, these are solid.

These did not work for me….
These are probably a great supplement for some, but they did not work for me. I started with one capsule a day, but got a dull headache. I eventually tried two capsules per day, but got a horrible headache and lots of digestive pain and distress, with very loose stools the next day. I won’t be using the rest.
