Fenestrelle Magnetic Screen Door for Standard Doors, 39" x 82"

It works. It just works. Our French door is our main entry point to the house, and I can leave the door open on nice days and let three dogs and a destructive three year old run in and out all day no problems. I used all the supplied materials, and ssint even clean the tin framing around my door. Everything has stuck nicely for months now. I don't think I'll ever need another one, but if I did, I'd buy this again.

This thing is great! We got a lot of flies in the summer and we have a screen on our French doors, but having this over the door and the sliding screen on the front doors, it has doubled down and knocked down the amount of flies tremendously that come in the house. We may have one or two to make it in compared to 50 and I’m being serious. We get a ton of flies. This thing has been the best purchase of the summer. Easy to put up easy go in and out and keeps the bugs out. 👍🏼 It’s pet friendly. Our dogs are able to go in and out to use the bathroom as they please. It was worth every penny in my humble opinion. 😁

This screen works great for our two dogs who like to go in and out of the house numerous times a day. It's long enough that it doesn't let in unwanted bugs and it looks great. It takes two people to put it up, but once up, it is very secure and doesn't blow around in the wind. I would highly recommend this product.

UPDATE (Dec 30, 2024): After 5ish months, the Velcro has come unstuck in several places from my slider. I was able to limp it along until I took it off for the winter (which was a little bit ago), but this coming spring/summer when it goes back up, I’ll have to get some replacement Velcro that will stay on better. For that reason, I’ve changed my rating from 5 stars to 4. The screen itself is still holding up excellently, so I would still recommend this, I would just also recommend getting different Velcro. ——————————————————- ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a different “as seen on TV” version that I was always complaining about but it was up so I left it. Until it was falling apart after a year and I couldn’t stand looking at it anymore. I found this product when I went looking for a replacement and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the complete opposite of my old version, in every way, for the better! This one feels very heavy duty and well made, with magnets all along the opening so there’s no gaps. There’s Velcro along the vertical sides, with a thicker Velcro strip along the top for more stability. They also include enough mounting tape so that all of the Velcro is covered, resulting in no gaps along the sides/top. Install was very easy, enough so that I was able to do it by myself. I do highly recommend using rubbing alcohol to clean the area first. I had some old residue from my previous version that I couldn’t get off (you can see some of the old mounting tape I couldn’t get off along the right side in the first picture; the black strips), but I just cleaned the area really well with rubbing alcohol while pressing down firmly on the new mounting tape and it seems to be staying well. My sliding door is slightly smaller than the 70x79 mentioned in the listing but this fits perfectly along the plastic siding trim that frames my slider. My house orientation is almost exactly north/south so my slider is in the full sun for most of the afternoon and I haven’t had any issues with the mounting tape not holding up or anything. There’s about an inch overlap between the bottom of the screen and the bottom track of my slider, so that when people or pets come back in, it does tend to get stuck and so the very bottom of the magnets won’t close. A light tap from your foot will fix this though so it doesn’t bother me. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a magnetic screen for their door/slider.

Easy to install. I live in a farm and the flies would always come I through the French doors when I let my dogs in and out . This has made an unbelievable difference . I did have to use some tacks at the top of one end to secure but I’m pretty sure that is my own fault having to redo the top . It’s a 2 person job or it was for me . My Son helped me it took no time to install .

We adopted a dog last winter who's favorite thing to do is go in and out of the house. Since we don't have a doggy door we tend to leave the backdoor open. Usually not a problem but the warm weather has brought lots of gnats and flies. Our home was swarming with them. I used to have something like this on a single door at a previous home so looked up some options for double doors and found these. I opted for just one opening since we never use the second door and I was worried about the high winds we can get here making them flap open and pound the door like our old ones used to do. But the magnets on this are so much stronger than what I expected as was the adhesive. I had thumb racks ready to reinforce it on the trim but the thing feels so secure I don't think I'll need to use them. We shall see if that is the case over time. But it is working as intended allowing a small opening for our dog and keeping bugs out! It also just looks good! Hoping the white stays white for a long time.

It does exactly what I needed it to do. The white trim, matches my door trim. The screen is great quality and it all attaches with Velcro and I do like that because I can easily take it off for the winter. My dog has no problem going through it in the magnets, hold it together nicely which of course keeps the bugs out.

It’s really good quality. I can leave the door open without any mosquito issues. It’s quite heavy duty. Installation is a piece of cake. Good value for the money. Most importantly, my dogs can rest on the deck and come back anytime.

The screen is simple to install. All velcro is supplied in the correct lengths. Clean the area, apply the self adhesive velcro and the the screen, with velcro attached. We did use a tip to slightly raise the screen above the opening to help it close better. The magnets work perfectly. No complaints!

It’s very difficult to find black mesh with a white/cream/any other colour border. The black mesh looks a lot better as it’s more transparent and doesn’t reflect light, so I really didn’t want a white mesh screen. The outside of my house is not black, so black would stand out a lot and I also didn’t want that, so this was the perfect options and oddly very difficult to find elsewhere. Admittedly I bought this just to give it a shot in the dark, but it ended up exceeding expectations by a long shot. It is very high quality, the magnets clip together very well. I bought a different brand one for a different smaller door and it is even more apparent now the quality difference. —if this brand ever has stock of the “yellow” border with black mesh in smaller sizing I will definitely get it. Lastly, the description colour said yellow but it’s rly more like white.

This was easy to install. They are a little large for our doors but by folding over some of the material I was able to make them fit well. Used them all summer and other than the cat escaping through them a couple times we had no issues
