Made in China
I have just received the TC-9200. Sadly it doesn't work. I've tested the phone in other phone jacks, changes headsets and re-read and re-read the (too small print) manual. When looking at the bottom of the phone I see it's made in China. That's another issue with me as I am in the USA. Any secrets to unlocking this phone? Where can I get a return? Warning to others not to waste their time and money.

Its a Desk Phone, but Not a Speaker Phone
I purchased this item so that I could have a speakerphone to telework with to alleviate neck pain. Unfortunately, the call reciepients are reporting that the volume at their end is so low that they cannot hear me.

Nice basic phone with speaker
The phone is exactly what I need. I use it in my house, it looks good and has speakerphone and caller ID functions. The voice is clear. Nice inexpensive phone.

Amazon would not take it back.
When I received it I found out the wall jack is not a standard plug in and you have to buy an adapter. Never heard of suck a think. I tried to return it and Amazon refused to take it back. Best offer I got from the partner was a 10 dollar credit which I never received.

I wanted a bed side phone/alarm clock and it provides my needs. The alarm isn't loud enough and it is difficult to program. The provider needs to be contacted to download a user manual.
