BAD PACKAGING FROM AMAZON / NO QUALITY CONTROL
Tea is amazing quality and works great for relaxing before going to bed . Only issue is the way how Amazon facility poorly packaging and shipping it to the customers . Almost every time box is broken / mission some pieces . Terrible shipping from Amazon but product is amazing .

GREAT TEA!!
I love this tea. I am off all medication and pill forms and this year has helped me tremendously. It doesn’t matter if I get one hour eight hours I get that real realm sleep and I wake up refreshed.

The only thing that actually helps me sleep (Better than Melatonin!)
I have tried countless sleep aids and combinations, but this tea is the only one that truly works for me. Unlike melatonin, which often gives me vivid and uncomfortable dreams, this tea relaxes me in a natural way. It doesn't make me feel "heavily drugged" or groggy; it just prepares my body for a very peaceful, deep sleep. My routine and tips: Timing: I usually drink it about 30 minutes before bed. However, if you are someone who tends to wake up during the night to use the bathroom, I recommend drinking it at least an hour before sleep so it doesn't interrupt your rest. The "Power Combo": I combine this tea with a Magnesium Complex, and it has been a game-changer. The Results: I wake up every day at 5:00 AM, have a very busy routine, and train hard at the gym. Best nighttime sleepy time tea
This tea is the best ever IMHO - its flavor is herbal and not weak like other brands I’ve tried. And, best ever is that is helps me feel drowsy enough to fall asleep. Love it!
