So far, this pan is working out great. My main goal in choosing a baking sheet was to find one that did not WARP when it got hot. I have not had any issues with warping with this OXO pan, even at oven temperatures up to 425F. I have not tried higher temps yet, but considering that I have not seen ANY signs of warping, I think that higher temps should be fine. The other benefit of this pan is that cleanup is a breeze. I have yet to have anything burn onto the sheet, thereby requiring an extended soak in the sink. Lastly, and this was somewhat unexpected, the cooking is very uniform on this baking sheet. No hot spots! Whenever I cook sliced vegetables, for example, they all seem to have uniform doneness. No localized blackening on the tops or bottoms of the veggies. The pan has been used several times, and the only wear spots that I see are scratches on the bottom (from sliding to/from oven trays) and a few nicks on the edges. The edge marks were my fault because I used a pair of metal tongs to pull the hot sheet off of the top rack of the oven. I have since purchased a pair of KitchenAid tongs with the silicone tips. I therefore to not expect to get any more edge nicks. Time will tell, but so far I give this OXO baking sheet a solid A+.

this pan is very well amde, and has a very solid coating. i will be getting other sizes. but i guess with OXO, on it, it has to be good.
