Worked for me, but it will depend on your mouth shape
I've been using this mouth guard for a week now. I read a ton of reviews before I bought this one, and they were all extremely variable, so I wanted to write a really comprehensive review to help people decide if this is the right product for them. Make/Durability: This mouth guard is made of very thick plastic and seems very durable. The instructions say it needs to be replaced every 4-6 months, so we'll see. I got the blue version; there is a clear version that is thinner plastic. I was afraid the thin plastic wouldn't work as well or hold up well over time, but it might be a better option if you have very sensitive gums. Fit/Comfort: This is really the biggest variable and it's going to depend entirely on your mouth shape and how aligned your teeth are. I am a 5'10" woman with broad shoulders - not a petite person. This mouth guard fit me well but might not fit for a smaller person. Additionally, if you have any teeth that are not aligned well, especially top teeth, you are going to have some discomfort, but it's potentially fixable. I didn't realize this before but one of my side incisors is slightly turned so that the corner sticks out further than the rest of my teeth. As a result, the mouth guard put a lot of pressure on that tooth and it was very painful. I ended up cutting a notch in the guard to allow the corner of the tooth to protrude. I also trimmed a little of the plastic around the bottom plate where it was rubbing on my gums. It is now perfectly comfortable, but if you have very different mouth geometry, this might not work for you. I can see now the value in getting a custom one made by a dentist, but I was quoted $1500 for that, so I will stick with my DIY modifications. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about it shifting tooth alignment. This is actually by design and will happen with any Mandibular Advancement Device. It is designed to put inward pressure on your upper teeth and leverage that pressure to push your lower teeth (and jaw) outwards. That is how it's supposed to work. It makes my bite feel a little weird when I take the guard out in the morning, but it fixes itself in a few minutes. If this is concerning to you, then this type of device is not for you. Effectiveness: Does it work? Bottom line, yes, it worked great for me. I have not snored since I started using it. My husband is thrilled. But whether or not it works for you I think will also depend on your mouth geometry. You won't know until you try it. It might not work at all for you, but that's not because it's a bad product. It's just that they can't design a universal product that will work for every possible mouth.

Sad it didn't work for me.
This product does what it says it does — stop snoring. However, three days after using it, I began to experience severe jaw pain. I stopped using it for a few days and then started again; after a few days, the same results occurred. It worked so well with my snoring that I was determined to make it work, so I began using it one day and resting the next. That didn't work, and I started having migraines on top of the jaw pain. I have used it, so I can't return it now.

Works
Why did you pick this product vs others?: So I bought this and have to say that it did help reduce my snoring. The only issue I have is that my jaw hurts all day after wearing it. I still use it lol if I don’t my husband doesn’t sleep. Fit: Very well Value for money: Was not to expensive Functionality: Did its job

Best one yet
I was on the fence buying what looks like a more expensive version of Halloween fangs but, this is actually great. Most comfortable one I've tried yet. And huge plus, it stays put. Doesn't completely stop my snoring but my wife has stopped threatening bodily harm. Certainly quiets the snoring. No molding required. Just pop it in and go to sleep.

no issues with mouthpiece, but did not help with snoring in my case
Came as expected in a timely manner. There was no storage container, not sure whether that should have been the case or not. Was perfectly comfortable to wear, but did not help with snoring at all.
