First fan defective, replacement fan works well
Faulty product received. Cannot speak with Amazon or Seller to return. Electrician came, could not turn the fan by hand, rotator jam in a new fan.Update: We managed to get the fan replaced by Amazon. The replacement fan works well. On low speed it is very silent. I am amending the rating from previously one star to four stars.

एक महीने में Fan खराब, Service के नाम पर ग्राहक को ही परेशान किया जाता है!
यह मेरा Activa Fan के साथ बेहद खराब और निराशाजनक अनुभव है।मैंने Activa का fan खरीदा था, लेकिन सिर्फ एक महीने के अंदर ही fan खराब हो गया। शिकायत करने के लिए इतना लंबा-चौड़ा form भरवाया गया कि आम ग्राहक शायद उसे पूरा भरने की स्थिति में ही न हो। हर ग्राहक इतना बड़ा form, इतनी सारी details और इतनी लंबी प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं कर सकता।Form भरने के बाद भी लगभग एक हफ्ते तक कोई समाधान नहीं मिला। एक हफ्ते बाद call करके बताया गया कि मुझे fan लेकर service centre खुद जाना पड़ेगा, जबकि service centre मेरे घर से काफी दूर है।मैं Delhi जैसे बड़े शहर में रहता हूं, जहां इतनी बड़ी city में भी अगर customer को service के लिए इतनी परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है, तो छोटे शहरों और गांवों में रहने वाले ग्राहकों का क्या होगा? वहां तो service centre शायद और भी दूर होगा। ऐसे में ग्राहक के लिए खराब fan को service centre तक ले जाना practically बहुत मुश्किल है।सबसे बड़ी विडंबना यह है कि fan को service centre तक ले जाने और वापस लाने का आने-जाने का खर्च ही fan की कीमत के मुकाबले बहुत ज्यादा पड़ रहा है। यानी एक महीने में खराब हुए product की warranty service लेने के लिए भी ग्राहक को अपनी जेब से इतना खर्च करना पड़े!अगर नया product खरीदने के सिर्फ एक महीने बाद ही ग्राहक को इतना बड़ा form भरना पड़े, एक हफ्ते इंतजार करना पड़े और फिर खुद दूर service centre तक product लेकर जाना पड़े, तो ऐसी warranty और after-sales service का क्या फायदा?Activa को अपनी customer service और after-sales support पर गंभीरता से काम करने की जरूरत है। Customer को service देने का मतलब यह नहीं होना चाहिए कि हर जिम्मेदारी ग्राहक के ऊपर डाल दी जाए।मैं यह feedback सिर्फ अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर करने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि दूसरे ग्राहकों को सावधान करने के लिए दे रहा हूं। खरीदने से पहले जरूर सोचें कि product खराब होने के बाद आपको किस तरह की service process से गुजरना पड़ सकता है।एक महीने में product खराब होना पहले से ही निराशाजनक है, लेकिन उसके बाद की service process ने इस पूरे अनुभव को और भी खराब बना दिया।
