Firstly, I am a person. Not a bot. Not a paid reviewer. And I can write, so this is not an AI generated review. I purchased this rebounder about 10 months ago (have been rebounding for some 45 years or so now with various "jogging trampolines" through the years). This product is the best thus far. I have the 48" version with a bar, and as I am just over 5 feet tall, I have AMPLE room for stretchy bounces and wide kicks. Yeah, not that I'm doing all sorts of crazy gymnastics, but I certainly have room to spread my feet. The rebounder folds in quads, so it's nice and compact. Not that I ever fold it up, as I use it faithfully every morning. (virtually every morning...gotta close those rings on my watch, right?). So putting it together was very easy. And the tools that come with the rebounder are not only critical to easy setup, but exactly perfect as well. It's got a nice, tight mat and the bungees are the best answer to springs ever. And here's the excellent customer service: about three weeks ago, as I rebounded, one of the bungees just popped right off. After doing a check on the other bungees, turned out that another was just about to snap. These two bungees just happen to be stretched out next to a hinge, so maybe they simply rubbed too frequently against a less smooth edge? I contacted BCAN as the product is still under warranty. After requesting photos (which I consider to be wise and reasonable...and which I was able to provide) I was contacted to let me know that they were sending FOUR bungees right away (so two replacements and two spares). And just in case the mat was the issue, they sent a replacement mat as well. No hesitation. No shirking of responsibility, just complete customer care and ownership of their product. I would absolutely purchase this product from BCAN again - but I don't expect this equipment to wear out anytime soon. And since I'm not agile enough to rebound on two at once (and there are just too many cameras in the world for me to give that a try!), I'll keep rebounding away on my great BCAN gear! Cheers!

I LOVE this rebounder! I am brand new to rebounding and really had no idea what to buy, but I could not be happier with this purchase. It was reasonably priced, arrived quickly, was much easier to assemble than I had expected, and is just SO fun! It’s sturdy, quiet, and easy to move around. I’ve had it almost 2 months now, and I use it every day. I found a YouTube channel called Earth and Owl (another reviewer had mentioned it), and it has been a big reason I’ve fallen in love with rebounding. If you’re considering a rebounder, I highly recommend this one (and also the Earth and Owl channel!)

We purchased this trampoline in January of 2025. It's February of 2026 and one of the straps, that holds the bungees, just broke. If it only lasts a year, it isn't worth the price. For reference, I enjoyed using this daily for no more than 10-15min a day. I weigh way less than the max weight. My kids did also use it intermittently. We contacted BCAN and they sent us a new mat! Thank you!

I already own a JumpSport (JS), which I love. I wanted a second, less pricey option to use in my garden when the weather improves. I did a bit of YouTube research before deciding to go with the BCAN. I am pleasantly surprised how much I enjoy using the BCAN after owning a much more expensive, professional grade JumpSport. The BCAN has a much tighter surface so you don't sink into it as much as the JS. This gives for a firmer & higher bounce. I like this aspect of the BCAN & find it fun. The JumpSport surface is designed to be soft. There are benefits behind the softer surface, but sometimes the JS can fatigue my feet & ankles due to that soft surface. That is not an issue on the BCAN which leads to longer sessions with less discomfort. The BCAN was easy to assemble. It is absolutely silent to use with is a big benefit when I want to jump while the hubs is still in bed. It's a great overall option.

I like this rebounder because I can do low-impact exercise that gets my heart rate up, it helps with edema and builds up the muscles around sore, joints. I was afraid of it breaking at first but now, after using it for 2 months, I feel more confident in it's durability. This is a fun piece of exercise equipment and it pairs up quite well with my vibration plate. Now my 78 year-old mother-in-law wants one as well!

I loved this trampoline! We purchased for Christmas and it was wonderful for the whole MONTH we were able to use it. Two of the legs will not stay on this trampoline. They just fall off. All the legs seem to slowly unscrew but these two will not stay on at all anymore. I thought this brand was good for price and quality with the research I did but I am thoroughly disappointed. I reached out to the company on 4 occasions. I finally got one reply that they would send me replacement parts if I sent more info on the parts and brand. Still nothing. I bought this trampoline and haven’t been able to use in in almost 4 months now. Some of the other things that happened were some of the elastic to hold the outer cover have stretched out and frayed and the outside cover curls up around the sides. I was fine with those things I figure elastic and such aren’t made to last but the legs on the trampoline to even be able to use it. It’s super unfortunate.

This rebounder is nice and large. It’s so nice to jump on because it feels gentle on my whole body. It’s very sturdy and great quality. I’m so glad I bought it and am telling others about it

The BCAN trampoline/rebounder arrived with missing parts. But given the size of the thing, I thought I would give BCAN the opportunity to resolve the issue and contacted their customer service. They responded to my first email but never responded to any chaser emails. I ended up buying the required parts I needed and to be honest I wish I hadn't The rebounder is not great quality. My floor is flat but yet the rebounder is not level and does not feel sturdy. My advise is to buy another rebounder and don't waste your time with BCAN
